Oversaw the design and launch of
Version's 1 and 2 of WorshipTogether.com site. One of the first and still leading new song discovery and resource sites for worship leaders. Site was the first to give away sheet music to churches for promotions and to create engagement through CCLI. Part of lead planning team for first few years of
WorshipTogether conferences in Nashville, Houston and California
Revival Generation Projects
Conceived, compiled, produced and marketed the early flagship projects for the WorshipTogether label and later ran A&R marketing for the Worship Together label. These projects brought much of the music, songs and artists from the UK and beyond to give a voice to the rising Modern Worship style and category of music.
Passion and Six Steps Records
Worked on song development, marketing and ministry relations with the Passion Conferences and movement. Helped form the agreement and run the partnership between Six Steps Records (Passion's record label) Sparrow and it's early and flagship artists: Chris Tomlin, David Crowder, Nathan and Christy Nockles, Charlie Hall and more.

Worked on song development, marketing and ministry relations with the Passion Conferences and movement. Kari Jobe: First Solo Release

Project that helped propel the uptempo worship anthem, I Am Free. It was later recorded and released as a single by The Newsboys
Hillsong: Mighty to Save
Project that launched the song Mighty to Save. It later became a single from Laura Story and a #1 CCLI song
Empowered21: Global Congress at ORU (Tulsa, OK)
Served on USA cabinet for this global consortium of Spirit Empowered denominations and ministries.

This line of audio, video and print resources found its greatest application and success during the COVID-19 pandemic when churches widely adopted streaming and needed these types of video resources from today's top songs.
